Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be submitted via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of purchase.
• Requests are valid only if acknowledged by the SKG PSD team.

2. ₹1 PSD & Downloadable Products

Since these are instant digital downloads, they are non-refundable once delivered. However, if you face download issues or broken links, reach out to us and we’ll resolve it within 24 hours.

3. WhatsApp Group Membership

Access to premium WhatsApp group is valid for lifetime. Once payment of ₹199 is done and access is granted, no cancellation or refund is applicable.

4. Courses / Invitations / Custom Designs

• Full refund if cancellation is requested within 12 hours of payment and before access is granted.
• Partial refunds may be considered based on usage and access given.
